Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SignalBX, a service operated by SignalBX Inc.. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use SignalBX on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for managing access granted to your team members.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and the rules of connected messaging providers. You must not use it to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications; interfere with the service; bypass security controls; or access data without authorization.
Your content
You retain ownership of content and data submitted to the service. You grant SignalBX Inc. the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and protect that content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for the data you submit.
Service availability
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep SignalBX reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, respond to legal requirements, or address a material breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised version here and update its effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
